LeanSupportIncluded with every machine, at no extra cost

Buy direct from the factory without being left alone when the machine stops.

Distance from the manufacturer is the real reason almost nobody buys direct, whether that factory is in Italy or in China. LeanSupport is the structure we put in between: one point of contact in Spain, three routes of intervention, and your machine's history kept from day one.

Which machines it covers

LeanSupport covers only machines supplied through LeanZupply. We don't provide technical service for equipment acquired elsewhere, because our work rests on the history, the parts diagram and the factory channel of every machine we've supplied.

  • You open the case with us

Not with the manufacturer, not in another language, not in another time zone.

  • Remote diagnosis first

Before anyone travels, a technician looks at the machine with you.

  • Technicians in every province

For what needs a physical presence, there's a network across the country.

  • History and parts diagram kept

When you ask for a part, we know exactly which one it is.

How we work

One point of contact, whether the part is 500, 3,000 or 10,000 km away.

When something fails, the conversation starts and ends with us. We open the case, diagnose it, talk to the factory if needed, and coordinate the intervention or the shipment of the part.

The procedure is the same for an Italian manufacturer and for a Chinese one: the timeline changes, the process doesn't. You never negotiate with the manufacturer.

Three routes of intervention

We start with the fastest route and only escalate if we have to.

Most stoppages aren't breakdowns: they're settings, installation or use.

01

Remote assistance

Our technical team

A video call with a technician who opens your machine's parts diagram while you talk.

  • Alarm and parameter review
  • Installation and wiring checks
  • No limit on questions
02

Technician in your province

Integrated technician network

When remote diagnosis isn't enough, we coordinate an on-site visit.

  • Coverage across the country
  • Visit coordinated by us
  • Report goes into the history
03

Escalation to the factory

Direct after-sales channel

If the part or the decision belongs to the manufacturer, we handle it on your behalf.

  • Open channel with every manufacturer
  • Part identified by reference
  • Case handled in your language

The route of a case

At any moment you know who has the ball.

  1. 1

    You open the case

From your machine's record, with photos or video.

    From your account or WhatsApp
  2. 2

    Case review

A technician reads it with the parts diagram in front of them.

    With full history
  3. 3

    Diagnostic video call

    Alarms, parameters, connections.

    Remote assistance
  4. 4

    Intervention or part

A coordinated visit, or a part identified by reference.

    On-site or part
  5. 5

    Documented closure

What was done and what was replaced, into the history.

    On the record

Your machine's history

Every machine we deliver is on the record.

Model, serial number, delivery date, warranty and full documentation. When you open a case, all of it is already in front of the technician before you explain anything.

Frequently asked questions

The questions people actually ask us.

Do you service machines I didn't buy from you?

No. LeanSupport rests on the history, the parts diagram and the factory channel of every machine we've supplied. Without those, what we could offer would be a phone number, not a service.

Is the warranty from the factory or from LeanZupply?

The warranty is the manufacturer's, but you open the claim with us and we handle it on your behalf. You never negotiate with the factory.

How long do you take to fix a breakdown?

We don't give a figure we can't meet. What we do guarantee is the order: remote diagnosis first, on-site intervention or a part next, and escalation to the factory if needed. Each step is dated in your account.

Do you keep spare parts in stock?

We don't hold spare-part stock. What we hold is your machine's parts diagram and the channel to its manufacturer, so we identify the part by reference and handle the shipment without you having to describe it over the phone.

Is the technician who visits from LeanZupply?

We work with a network of integrated technicians by province. We coordinate the visit, and the report goes into your machine's history.

What if the machine is from a European manufacturer?

The procedure is identical. With a European factory a part usually arrives sooner, but the process — who opens the case, who diagnoses, who talks to the factory — doesn't change.

What happens after the 12 months are up?

Remote assistance and parts handling continue unchanged. What changes is that the part and the intervention are quoted separately.
