Commercial description The JL-XKJG-Q100 100 L electric tilting kettle / tilting cooking pan in FULL configuration is designed for industrial kitchens, food-production workshops, restaurants, catering operations and food-processing facilities requiring heating, mixing, discharge and automated control in a single machine. Its electric thermal-oil jacket heating system transfers heat indirectly to the cooking vessel. The agitation system operates at an adjustable speed of 0 to 30 rpm, helping keep the product moving throughout processing and allowing operation to be adapted to different consistencies and production requirements. The equipment supports four-claw, standard or reversed stirring configurations, providing different mixing alternatives according to the characteristics of the product. Temperature control is integrated with a PLC control panel and touchscreen, allowing the main operating functions to be managed from a central interface.
