Commercial description The JL-XKJG-Q100 100 L electric tilting kettle / tilting cooking pan is designed for industrial kitchens, food-production workshops, restaurants, catering operations and food-processing facilities requiring heating, mixing and controlled product discharge in a compact machine. Its electric thermal-oil jacket heating system transfers heat indirectly to the vessel during cooking. At the same time, the agitation system keeps the product moving and operates at an adjustable speed of 0 to 30 rpm, allowing the machine to accommodate different preparations and product consistencies. The equipment can be configured with a four-claw, standard or reversed stirring system, allowing the mixing arrangement to be selected according to the characteristics of the product being processed. Temperature control and a waterproof control panel support operation in professional food-production environments. The manual handwheel tilting system allows the operator to progressively incline the vessel during product discharge while maintaining direct mechanical control of the tilting movement. Its 100 L capacity makes the machine suitable for small and medium production batches of sauces, creams, fillings, cooked preparations, mixed food products and other applications compatible with heated kettle processing and agitation.
