Commercial description The S400F is designed for cookie factories, industrial bakeries, pastry-production facilities, central kitchens and food-processing companies that need to automate product forming, depositing and cutting on standard 400 × 600 mm trays. Its different operating modes support Jenny cookies, butter cookies, decorative cookies, profiteroles, elongated products and other preparations made through direct, rotary or shaped extrusion. Different mould and nozzle profiles allow the product shape, dimensions and finish to be adapted to a range of recipes. The main difference between the S400F and the standard version is the addition of the wire-cut system and lamination function. This configuration supports products that must be divided into portions using a moving wire, including sliced cookies, chocolate-chip cookies and other recipes that cannot be produced through depositing alone. The feeding rollers move the dough towards the forming system and support a continuous material flow even with relatively dense mixtures. Servo-motor control helps maintain regular depositing and consistent dimensions between pieces. The Programmable Touchscreen allows production parameters to be configured and stored for different recipes, reducing setup time between batches. The machine can operate independently or as part of a continuous line with ovens, cooling systems and tray-handling equipment. The wire-cut system can process approximately 28–35 rows per minute, while the depositing system can produce up to 28 rows of profiteroles per minute. This flexibility allows different cookie and pastry operations to be performed with the same machine, reducing manual forming and expanding the available product range. Its conveyor, stainless-steel construction and removable components support easier cleaning and use in production environments involving continuous operation and frequent recipe changes. The combination of extrusion, depositing, lamination and wire cutting makes the S400F suitable for decorative cookies, wire-cut biscuits and deposited pastry products.
