Commercial description The S100 is designed for cake factories, pastry-production facilities, industrial bakeries, central kitchens and businesses specialising in mille crêpe cakes, layer cakes, birthday cakes and other desserts requiring filling to be distributed between multiple layers. The machine automates the depositing and spreading of cream, chocolate, durian paste, jam, cheese cream and other paste-type fillings. This reduces the amount of manual work carried out with spatulas or piping bags and supports more consistent filling distribution between layers. Its dual-hopper system can work with different ingredients or preparations within the same production process. Suitable applications include traditional layer cakes, matcha cakes, chocolate cakes, durian cakes, birthday cakes and other products measuring between 6 and 10 inches. The servo-motor and pneumatic-cylinder system controls material application, while the Programmable Touchscreen allows operators to adjust and store recipes. This is particularly useful for factories handling different cake diameters, filling quantities and formulations during the same production shift. Manual height adjustment positions the application heads according to the product dimensions, while the foot switch allows the cycle to be activated without moving the operator’s hands away from the working area.
