Commercial description The Bindose GDBY40-15PUT is an industrial rapid blast freezer / blast chiller with a 15-tray trolley configuration, designed to rapidly reduce the temperature of food products in professional preparation, preservation and processing environments. Its 460L chamber and trolley configuration accommodate up to 15 trays, allowing the loaded tray assembly to be moved conveniently during production. This configuration helps streamline product transfer between preparation, blast chilling, freezing and storage areas while reducing the need to handle each tray individually. It is suitable for restaurants, professional kitchens, bakeries, pastry shops, butcher shops, fish businesses, catering services, central kitchens and food-processing facilities requiring increased loading capacity combined with an efficient product handling workflow. The unit can be used for rapid chilling and freezing of meat, fish and seafood, bakery and pastry products, prepared meals, fruit, vegetables, desserts and other food products compatible with professional rapid temperature reduction processes. Its -35 to -45°C operating range supports professional rapid freezing and blast chilling applications. The unit operates on 220V/50Hz electrical power with a rated power of 1.7kW, allowing integration into facilities equipped with this electrical configuration. The cabinet is manufactured from 201 stainless steel, incorporates 100mm insulation and uses R290 refrigerant together with a HIGHLY compressor. The combination of 15 loading levels, internal trolley, 460L capacity and 100mm insulation makes the GDBY40-15PUT suitable for professional operations that need to handle multiple food batches while improving movement through blast chilling and rapid freezing processes. Keywords industrial rapid blast freezer, industrial blast chiller, rapid blast freezer, blast freezer, blast chiller, blast freezer with trolley, blast chiller with trolley, trolley blast freezer, 15 tray trolley blast freezer, 15 tray blast chiller, 460L blast freezer, 460L blast chiller, -40°C blast freezer, -45°C freezer, food blast freezer, professional blast chiller, professional food freezer, restaurant blast chiller, commercial kitchen blast freezer, central kitchen blast freezer, catering blast freezer, bakery blast freezer, pastry blast freezer, butcher shop blast freezer, fish blast freezer, seafood blast freezer, R290 blast freezer, 100mm insulation blast freezer, commercial refrigeration, HIGHLY compressor, GDBY40-15PUT, Bindose GDBY40-15PUT
