What is included • Tilting kettle / tilting cooking pan. • Standard mixer: double-arm with copper scrapers or four-claw, at the customer's choice, same price. • Electric tilting system. • Temperature control. • Variable-speed drive. • Sealed electrical control cabinet. • Electronic ignition system with flame detection. • Without lid. • Without wheels. • Without PLC. Technical description • Factory model: JL-XKJG-Q400 | LeanZupply reference: JIALI-GASDIR-400-STD-BAS. • Capacity: 400 L. • Heating system: gas applied directly to the bottom of the vessel, without a thermal-oil jacket. • Ignition system: electronic ignition with flame detection. • Tilting system: electric. • Agitation system: standard, double-arm with copper scrapers or four-claw, at the customer's choice (same price). • Dimensions: 1700 × 1400 × 1190 mm. • Internal pot diameter: 1100 mm. • Agitation speed: 0–23 rpm. • Indicated power: 2.2 + 0.75 kW. • Electrical supply: 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase. • Approximate gas consumption: 4.5 m³/h. • Maximum indicated temperature: up to 300 °C. Commercial description This 400 L tilting kettle / tilting cooking pan combines direct gas heating, mixing and product discharge in a single machine for professional food-production processes. Heat is applied directly to the bottom of the vessel without using a thermal-oil jacket, while the double-arm agitator with copper scrapers keeps the product moving during operation. It is recommended for industrial kitchens, food-production workshops and processing facilities handling larger batches of food preparations that require direct heating and adjustable agitation. The variable-speed drive allows the agitator to operate between 0 and 23 rpm according to process requirements. The electric tilting system facilitates product discharge and reduces manual handling of the vessel. The electronic ignition system with flame detection contributes to controlling the combustion system, while the sealed electrical control cabinet helps protect its components. This BASIC configuration is intended for facilities that do not require a lid, wheels or PLC automation. Keywords Industrial tilting kettle, industrial tilting cooking pan, 400 L tilting kettle, 400 L tilting cooking pan, direct gas kettle, direct gas heating, non-jacketed kettle, electric tilting kettle, kettle with mixer, double-arm agitator, copper scrapers, variable-speed drive, electronic ignition, flame detection, sealed electrical control cabinet, industrial cooking equipment, food processing equipment, JIALI-GASDIR-400-STD-BAS.
