The planetary agitator operates at an adjustable speed of 0 to 35 rpm through a variable-speed drive, allowing the mixing action to be adapted to different consistencies and processing requirements. This configuration is particularly suitable for sauces, fillings, creams, food bases, processed meat products, cooked preparations and other higher-viscosity products requiring homogeneous mixing during heating. The hydraulic tilting system provides up to 90° of vessel inclination, facilitating product discharge at the end of the process and reducing manual handling of a large-capacity vessel.
