The planetary agitator operates at an adjustable speed of 0 to 35 rpm through a variable-speed drive, allowing the mixing action to be adapted to different consistencies and processes. This configuration is particularly suitable for sauces, fillings, creams, food bases, processed meat products and other preparations requiring heating together with continuous mixing. The hydraulic tilting system provides up to 90° of vessel inclination, facilitating product discharge at the end of the process and reducing manual handling of a large-capacity vessel.
